I’VE FOUND A MUCH BETTER WAY TO DO IT: 1. Install both Adobe Reader and Foxit Reader. 2. Launch Regedit.exe and navigate to the following key: “HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FoxitReader.Document”. 3. Right-click on “FoxitReader.Document” and choose to create a new key, calling it “Shellex”. 4. Create a new key below that one and name it “{BB2E617C-0920-11d1-9A0B-00C04FC2D6C1}”. 5. Double-click on the (Default) value in the right-hand pane and enter in the following: “{F9DB5320-233E-11D1-9F84-707F02C10627}”. 6. Logoff and login back for the change to take effect.

try increasing the audio input level in the ipevo control panel software. i use the trio every week in PC to PC and PC to landline conference calls, and it worked great!

It is interesting. :-) All the friends and I have been calling him as "Tomura" ever since we first met in 2005. But it is "Osamu" in English style when showing friendship. It would take times for me to call him by the new way. :-)
